Panama City Bail Bondsman charged and arrested on Felony Charges, 2 other from the business also arrested
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office served warrants on Jerry Steele, owner of Steele Boys Bailbonds on Martin Luther King Boulevard, Panama City. The warrants were issused by the Florida Department of Financial Services and include two felony charges and one misdemeanor. Charges include Public Order Crime, Unauthorized Person Enforce Bail Bonds, Principal, which is a felony, and Public Order Crime – Acting as a bail bonds agent without a license which is also a felony. A third charge of Public Order Crime – Unlawfully furnishing blank bond form supplies, which is a misdemeanor.
Also charged and arrested in this case were Christopher Smith and Robert Outlaw.
