 REMOVAL OF MUG SHOTS AND ARREST LOGS

In certain cases, The COUNTY PRESS will remove MUGSHOTS and ARREST LOGS.

The following statement will provide an overview of this process:

If charges were dropped, and you can supply The COUNTY PRESS with “official court records” to that effect, the MUGSHOT and or LOG will be removed.

If you complete the Bay County “diversion program” and supply the “official court documents” the MUGSHOT and LOGS will be removed.

There will be a charge for this, LOGS (text only) will be charged at $25.00 per log

MUGSHOTS will be charged at $50.00 per MUGSHOT.

The time for this process will be 14 days. Payment must be made before any action will be taken.

You will need to supply The COUNTY PRESS with dates and name as published, and page link.
